We have been looking for our dream home for months and months.

Every single time we find a contender we are either outbid by all cash or multiple offers.  It has been a real learning curve for us.

But….two weeks ago we found our dream house….and we wrote a letter we felt so strongly about it…..

You see, we had already drawn our dream home and put it into the universe, so we included the photo and sent a letter along to the sellers…  It began with, “Howdy.”

And the sellers…..well, evidently they are Texans.  When our letter came, they put all six offers aside and chose ours.

And so, there you have it.  A full circle story of a move across the country, a baby boy brought into the world, and now our first home.

This completes the cycle (for now) my friends.
